I learnt and expensive lesson last Saturday. I'm not gonna respond the next time anyone sent me a wedding invite through facebook. I will only respond to traditional wedding invitation card. Not just that, if the card is received last minute, I will not entertain too.
It is more blessed to give than to receive... I wonder when that receiving will come for me this season. Although I am very thankful for the treats my friends gave me once in a while, I am waiting for one big blessing from God to come.
Anyway, I think I was a little too ambitious this year. Or rather there are lots of things to be done at the beginning of the year.
Wk 2: CCA assembly talk, CCA Day briefing for parents
Wk 3: Churning out results for CCA
Wk 4: YOG assembly talk, briefing for PE monitors
Wk 5: PE monitors duty schedule
Wk 8: First lesson observation
Wk 10: TTT sharing on teaching practices
I'm very drained by the tight schedule because on top of work, I'm still learning driving and giving tuition. And this Thursday is my Final Theory Test but I have not had the time to study and revise yet. Prayerfully I can pass my Final Theory Test. No wastage of money and time!!!
Today's to do:
1) Mark 2 stacks of hw
2) Prepare slides for tomorrow's assembly
3) Read materials for tomorrow's last minute meeting
4) Read my Final Theory Book and do some practices online
I think that's all. I hope I can complete all by 11pm.
